Ahhhh it's Spring Flower time. It's becoming a tradition for me to have a trip over to Elizabeth Park's greenhouses as they gear up for the annual Spring Flower sale. Each year is a little different. I go during different weather, different times of day, sometimes with a friend. This year I went late. Late in the week and late in the day. The sun was beaming in, shadows everywhere, flowers bloomed and many blown. I went by myself but was definitely not alone. The greenhouse was packed with what seemed like an elders field trip. Moving about was a challenge but it left me time to really stop......and smell the flowers. :)
The elders waited patiently while I was laying on the floor for this one.
I wonder what next year will bring...

I absolutely love this! It inspired me to take my dong to the park and take some pictures. However, it is just barely starting to warm up here so there weren't many flowers out yet, but I will keep trying
